Browsers security warnings
2017-12-22
Starting in January 2018, users accessing our interfaces with some browsers (Chrome and Firefox) may notice new messages that label the websites as "not secure". These messages result from tightened security policies that will identify websites hosted on not secure (http) web servers. We are working to quickly transition all Chandra public interfaces to secure servers. In the meantime, users can rest assured that the our interfaces are safe to use and that the Chandra Data Archive is committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all personal information provided by our users.
