News Item 003
Reprocessing
We have started reprocessing all observations made before 14 August 2000. This will be done in two parts. First, the period 18 September 1999 till 14 August 2000 will be reprocessed, then the period prior to 18 September 1999. All observations made after 18 August 2000 are processed with the same software version as is being used for reprocessing.
As reprocessed observations are approved by V&V, the proprietary ones are being redistributed to the GOs while for the public observations the reprocessing products automatically replace the earlier ones. As a general rule, all products bearing a timestamp after 20 August 2000 may be considered reprocessed.
